The event will be held at the following address:  Domaine du Lazaret 223 Rue Pasteur Benoît, 34200 Sète

• Lunch will be served at the restaurant of Domaine du Lazaret.

• Courses and workshops will take place in a room (to be announced later).

🗣️ Languages Used

The thematic school is a french speaking school and open for anyone in the world. Presentations and discussions can be conducted in both French and English.

Individual Registration – Fees for 2025

(Reserved for RFMF member affiliates)

• Academics: €1,300

• Industry Professionals: €2,000

Registration & Payment

Access to the 1st Thematic School of RFMF will only be granted after full payment of the registration fee.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, or purchase order.

Registration Fees Cover:

✔️ Access to the event venue from September 8 to 12, 2025

✔️ Accommodation at Domaine du Lazaret

✔️ Full board, including coffee breaks, and 1 takeaway lunch on Friday

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax, or email) to the RFMF contact email under the following conditions:

• For cancellations notified by August 8, 2025 (inclusive): 50% refund of paid fees.

• For cancellations notified after August 8, 2025: No refund.
